“In 1972 I was a back-to-the-land homesteader in Western Maryland. During this experience I met a professional woodworker and from that point on I knew that this was the career for me. Two years later I started selling my work and the business was born.” Jim has been doings craft fairs around the country since (over 500), received numerous awards and featured in many publications. In the mid-1970’s I started doing juried art and fine craft shows from Michigan to Boston down to Miami. He has also been a juror for several shows over the years and in 2006 was invited to teach a course on how to market art and fine crafts.
