Wyatt Nestor-Pasicznyk is a metalsmith, jeweler and enamelist currently living and working out of rural NJ. His work is currently featured in the Enamelist Society’s show Alchemy6, Material Alchemy Color in Metal, and will soon be traveling to Gallery 2052 for Spectral a Tender Presence. Wyatt grew up in a small rural town working with horses his whole life, and since graduating from Tyler with a BFA in Metals Jewelry and CAD CAM design, he has been working as a farrier’s apprentice shoeing horses. The culture of both farming and agriculture heavily impact the kind of work he makes in his practice. N-P creates much of his work in the form of champlevé enameled belt buckles; a type of body adornment so often masculinized and tied to both rural identity and normativity. N-P recently received his BFA at Tyler School of Art and Architecture in Metalsmithing, Jewelry, and CAD CAM design in 2021. He’s very excited to be coming to Peter’s Valley for the second half of the summer and to work alongside other jewelers and makers!
