Charcuterie with Epoxy Handle
These cutting boards are decorative for serving, and fully functional for cutting and cooking. They are made with contrasting colored hardwoods, some of which were sourced from storm-downed trees from the Peters Valley area. The boards are finished with oil and wax, and can be maintained with wood wax as needed. Handwash only. Please note that the epoxy handles are slightly more prone to scratching and must be handled with care.

Gordon Cook retired after 37 years at New York University School of Medicine at the Institute of Environmental Medical where he started out as an Environmental Researcher and transitioned into a Medical Illustration and Photographer. He has continued to work as a consultant at NYU but has enjoyed woodworking his entire life and has concentrated on being creative the past 7 years in that endeavor.
